Payment Options
Payment is due when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash.All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. Checks are no longer accepted - we apologize for any inconvenience.
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expenses strike as well. Randall Road Animal Hospital in South Elgin understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application, and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. Consider signing up ahead of time to prepare you and your pet for the future.
Lost Pets
If you or a friend have lost a pet, follow these thinks to help bring them home. You can also bring the pet in for us to scan for a microchip - however, this will only be helpful if the microchip is registered to the current owner.
