Pet care is a lifelong story for Laura as she has been caring for dogs and cats since she was a child. In addition to her passion for pet care, her expectations for excellence in the client experience. Laura has been serving in client care roles for more than 30 years. Laura has been with Randall Road Animal Hospital as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), Lead CSR, Hospital Supervisor, and Hospital Manager since 2015.
